Therefore, we require 24 hours notice to cancel ALL appointments. Failure to give us this notice will result the following appointment charges:
- Fees for Cancellations < (less than) 24 hours notice whether online or by phone: 50% of the cost of the visit
- Fees for Missed (No Show) Appointments: 100% of the cost of the visit
- Intake forms (sent digitally to you) not received within 1 hour of appointment time: Immediate cancellation of appointment and will be required to be rebooked
Chronic or habitually missed appointments or late cancellations may result in eventually having your booking privileges revoked.
Our time is extremely valuable and out of respect for Dr. Gill, please call us as soon as you know you are unable to make your appointment. Your notice of cancellation will start when your message / voicemail is timestamped. *Please do not Cancel vis EMAIL or SOCIAL MEDIA messaging as they will not be seen or received.
